ASSOCIATION AFFILIATION

 

WHO WE ARE

We are senior and lead pastors of our respective churches who have also developed businesses and intellectual properties that are separate from the churches we pastor.  Because this Kingdom Leadership Network (KLN) is designed to help pastoral leaders, regardless of their current fellowship or denomination, these leaders are not required to leave their current affiliations to be a part of KLN.

 

WHY WE EXIST (PURPOSE)

Without a doubt, planting and leading ministries comes with a great spiritual reward.  At times, however, this role may also be faced with emotional and financial challenges on the senior leader, as well as, their families.

Although many senior leaders are gifted in other areas of their lives, oftentimes, the idea of “full-time ministry” is relegated to primarily focusing on their local church roles and responsibilities. This antiquated pattern of thinking denies those senior leaders the right and opportunity to explore the other creative gifts that lie within. If pursued, these gifts generate income apart from the organizations they lead, as well as, provides avenues for them to be voices of influence in their communities. We see an example of this by the Apostle Paul in Acts 18:1-4.

WHAT WE DO (OUR MISSION)

1. Promote and encourage personal & spiritual growth in the lives of senior pastors and spouses. Encourage and inspire the senior leader and spouse to explore and awaken the other gifts and talents in their lives beyond their local ministry assignment. When asked, we would come in and help strengthen that local church body through leadership workshops/training and speaking engagements. In this capacity, we would be a second voice to the senior leaders, as it relates to the vision of that local fellowship.     

 

2. To encourage leaders to be influential in their personal circle of relationships and their communities, which may not necessarily be connected only to “the church culture”.

 

While the Church is the supreme culture, we recognize the benefits the Church has by possessing a synergistic partnership with the other six Cultures of Influence. We have been called to take dominion in the following areas, according to Genesis 1:28. They are:

 

Family

Business

Arts & Entertainment

Media

Government

Education  

 

WHO IS THIS NETWORK FOR?

Senior and lead ministry pastoral leaders who have already established or are considering income opportunities through business or intellectual creative opportunities that are separate from the organizations they pastor. 

 

HOW WE DO IT

Through exclusive in-person gatherings, virtual meetings, training sessions, and more, many of our meetings will also include various subject matter experts who are gifted in specific areas. These individuals will help our Network Pastoral Leaders and their spouses excel.

 

SPIRITUAL COVERING

This relationship is for independent ministries that are not affiliated with a denomination or some other reformation. It is more exclusive than the Association Affiliation, and is done through prayer and time spent with the senior leader and spouse. Our goal is not to be a covering for your church or your church leaders, but a relational and spiritual covering. When asked, we would come in and help strengthen the local pastor and congregation through leadership workshops/training and speaking engagements. In this capacity, we would be a second voice to the senior leader as it relates to the vision of that local fellowship.
